All Computer Services is an IT support company providing computer and technology support services to small businesses in the Indianapolis and surrounding Central Indiana area. We have experience working with very small single-owner shops to businesses with around 100 employees. Over the years, our staff has worked with small manufacturers, accounting companies, retail stores, insurance companies, auto repair shops, etc. As a small business owner, you're already good at what you do. We can assist you with the technology items you use in your business...so you can concentrate on running that business.
The technology support business has changed dramatically over the past decade. It has gone from providing guidance and assistance to smaller businesses, to requiring "contracts" with minimum coverage before you can even ask for help. Many IT support companies have a minimum billing increment of a half hour...even if you make a five minute phone call for help. We don't do that. If you have technology support now, are you in possession of your account information and passwords? If not, WHY NOT? Do you have proven, reliable backups of your information? If so, when was the last time those backups were TESTED and actually RESTORED to ensure that they're working? We're always willing to help, and we will never talk down to you or your employees. Yes, we can provide some managed services, like patch management to keep your computers up to date, or anti-malware systems and automated backups to protect your information. We also are happy to assist you and your staff on an as-needed basis.
